To create a flower on paper, I apply the fundamental trial and error method and every time I get a different result or a new approximation to the desired goal.

It is fascinating and addictive at the same time because curiosity has no limits, neither in the artistic nor scientific world.

As a paper florist, my mission is to reflect a realistic impression on the flowers I make, experimenting with textures and colors and combining styles that connect to emotions.

It was during a personal illness that I ordered paper and glue and began cutting, coloring and shaping petals, magically transforming them into something beautiful and life-like.

I discovered that by capturing the key features of each flower, such as color, shape, texture and movement, the finished product, while not a replica of nature, could elicit the same reaction in the viewer: wonder.

My flowers are an expression of appreciation and respect for the natural world, whose beauty, diversity, persistence and adaptability leave me humbled.

Global Garden 21 is a maker-centered flower and jane educational series highlighting paper artists and their way of synthesizing, with observation and research, a final outcome in paper.

The series also features master practitioners who can enhance our understanding and increase our capacity to live a beautiful life with intention.
