Hello!
This course was originally published in 2019.
Welcome to the Pure Romance Paper Flower Course!
The beginning of each section has an introduction with supplies needed as well as examples and notes from reviewers. I used Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks and Dr Ph. Martins Liquid Watercolors in Hydrus Set 2. I used Werola doublette for the course.
This course is designed as a series of lessons, increasing in difficulty. I will demonstrate for you the free-hand cutting techniques and construction necessary to complete several paper flowers and ferns. In addition I will share with you various coloration techniques using alcohol inks and watercolors, noting their differences, pros, and cons. As a bonus, I'll share how to arrange the paper flowers using a pin frog, and how to create a hand-held bouquet.
Free-hand cutting means you are not using a template. I will be teaching you shapes and scissor techniques to master with practice.
Templates ARE included for your convenience; however you will see I do not use them and I encourage you to try free-hand.
